For more interactive Q&A we would suggest two features to be added to the Q&A part. 1. We believe viewers should be able to send questions anonymously. It can increase the Q&A attendance rate. 2. When questions come in a written form to the Q&A part, it is not easy for presenters to identify which questions are addressed to them. That is why sometimes questions stay unanswered.
