My jurisdiction, and others, soon requires captions for accessibility reasons for recorded & live broadcasts. The ability to enable auto-captioning either natively in BM or via integration with some 3rd-party captioning provider is necessary to meet this legal requirement. Auto-captioning would also help viewers for whom the presentation language (which for many/most webinars will be English) is not their first-language.
