We moved from Zoom to Bigmarker and use to be able to manually validate any registration to a webinar. Basically people register on the landing page and are put in a pending validation state until the registration is approved or not. We are really missing this in Bigmarker, the fact of being subscribed to a channel doesn't cover as for each webinar the type of attendees migh be different and we can't have a dedicated channel for each type of webinars. We are in a security industry and only manual approval can make it work. Also the permission to enter is not feasible as it would take too long to process 100s of attendees at the start of the webinar.
