Meeting Rooms: Show Attendees the "Audio Options" Screen

For Meeting Rooms and 24/7 Webinars, add a setting for attendees to be presented with the "Please Choose an Audio Option" screen (screenshot attached). Currently this screen is only displayed for the host when they enter a Meeting Room or 24/7 Webinar. So for attendees, the dial-in option is more of a hidden feature that they need to find on their own. Many attendees don't have the proper mic setup for the computer audio option to work well in a two-way discussion so being presented with the dial-in option at the onset is essential, especially for a Meeting Room.

Yes... I agree with Tracey regarding the ability to turn it on or off. That's a must since it will use our monthly minutes and we want to have control over that. Besides, some Countries that option doesn't work for anyway. Thanks!
