a way to import only the new chats from the last webinar so not the automated ones that were already loaded cause those played during the webinar so I don't want to have them pop up each twice. I am trying to keep same chats that are in the automation already (and add only the new chats from the previous webinar) it seems the options dont allow for this.. right now you can either import all chat messages or just the automated chat messages, there is no current option to import everything excluding the automated messages.
