Hi there! You can customize triggered time for post webinar emails on the first page of Edit Email tab now.

Hi Tina, We cannot define when to send the webinar feedback email. We can define for the other post-webinar emails, but not for this one. It is set to 2 hours after the webinar, and no possibility to change that.
