Jennifer Warfield is the Founder of Lightbulb Moments, LLC, a dynamic development company dedicated to helping women and organizations grow with purpose, clarity, and heart. She specializes in fostering intentional leadership, enhancing strategic development, and cultivating personal development, celebrating women as they achieve their fullest potential. Jen is also an Adjunct Professor for The American College of Financial Services' Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) program and serves on the Advisory Council for their Center for Women in Financial Services. In 2024, Jen joined the AI startup SpyglazAI, where she helps lead Product Strategy in the insurance and finance space. Her career in the financial services industry spans over 30 years, including her most recent role as Vice President of Independent Distribution for National Life Group. There, she collaborated with some of the largest independent marketing groups to coach advisors, develop sales, and share innovative ways to market financial services. As an experienced professional, she was also jointly responsible for the development of the company’s next generation of field leaders. Jen is Pennsylvania insurance licensed and Series 7 registered with FINRA and holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Penn State University. She has successfully completed her Certified Financial Planner™ designation and believes in ongoing personal and professional development. In line with this commitment, she recently completed the Facilitator Training Program for Playing Big by Tara Mohr. Supporting women has been a core value throughout Jen's career. She volunteers for several organizations dedicated to advancing women's causes, including serving on the boards of Women for Greater Pennsylvania and advising The University of Vermont Grossman School of Business’s Women’s Leadership Program. Jen is a member of the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) organization and serves on the Board of the Greater Pennsylvania Chapter. In 2019, she was honored as the WIFS National Woman of the Year. Jen resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband, Jonathan, and three cats, where they all root for whichever Philadelphia sports team is playing
