    Jason Speigel
    VP, Senior Strategic Account Manager
    Jason Speigel serves as Vice President, Senior Strategic Account Manager, Life Insurance, AIG Financial Distributors. In this role, he oversees both Advantage Insurance Network/AIN and Crump.

    Jason joined AIG in 2014 and brings 20+ years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. He began his career at Protective Life Corporation, working his way up through the ranks in various capacities, including Director of Competitive Intelligence; 2nd Vice President over Life Sales Desks; National Account Manager and Regional Vice President.

    Jason received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University. He holds Life and Health licenses, as well as FINRA series 6 and 63. He also holds the Chartered Life Consultant designation (CLU).

    Chrisann Lambert
    Vice President, Marketing Strategies, AIG
    Chrisann Lambert is the Vice President, Strategic Marketing for the Life Business and has been with AIG for over 15 years. She is responsible for leading the marketing team supporting both Brokerage and Partners Group distribution channels. She also develops award-winning value added marketing programs, customized focus firm initiatives, and product specific campaigns that support both AIG and partner organization goals.

    Chrisann received her B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University and has over 25 years of marketing experience in a variety of industries including financial services, technology, oil & gas and healthcare. She enjoys new learning opportunities, collaborating with inspiring and hard-working colleagues, and experiencing life in a fresh, new way through the eyes of her two very active and curious boys at home.

    Sarah Williams
    Vice President, Marketing Communications, CreativeOne
    With almost 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and public relations, Sarah leads the company’s outreach efforts, showing financial advisors and independent insurance agents exactly what they can accomplish through branding, lead generation and social media. She has helped hundreds of producers expand their businesses, showing them how to grow revenue while positioning them as industry thought leaders since joining CreativeOne in 2011.

    As CreativeOne’s chief ambassador, Sarah communicates how marketing and practice management can help agents and advisors expand their practices. She leads the education channel, recruiting prospective agents and advisors who want to join CreativeOne. Her knowledge of marketing, combined with her embodiment of CreativeOne’s philosophy, make her a formidable leader in this ever-changing industry.

    Sarah became a member of the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) national network in 2016; she currently serves on the national board of WIFS as the membership director. In addition, she founded CreativeOne’s women-only networking group, Creative Women, which creates a space in a male-dominated industry for women to collaborate, network and share ideas.

    Previously, Sarah was the Director of Marketing Services for CreativeOne, and managed the annuity channel, marketing programs and corporate messaging. She also administered and spearheaded CreativeOne’s Business Accelerator Credits program used by producers to redeem earned marketing credits for services to grow their business.

    Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas. She and her husband are the proud parents of Claire and Parker. Away from the office, Sarah enjoys being a room mom, serving on the social committee of her HOA, watching the Kansas Jayhawks play basketball, gardening, traveling and drinking wine.
