    With almost 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and public relations, Sarah
    leads the company’s outreach efforts, showing financial advisors and independent insurance agents exactly what they can accomplish through branding, lead generation and social media. She has helped hundreds of producers expand their businesses, showing them how to grow revenue while positioning them as industry thought leaders since joining CreativeOne in 2011.

    As CreativeOne’s chief ambassador, Sarah communicates how marketing and practice management can help agents and advisors expand their practices. She leads the education channel, recruiting prospective agents and advisors who want to join CreativeOne. Her knowledge of marketing, combined with her embodiment of CreativeOne’s philosophy, make her a formidable leader in this ever-changing industry.

    Sarah became a member of the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) national network in 2016. She currently serves as its National Membership Director and will become its National Education Director for 2022-2023. In addition, she founded CreativeOne’s women-only networking group, Creative Women, which creates a space in a male-dominated industry for women to collaborate, network and share ideas. She was also recently accepted into the Central Exchange Year-Long Leadership Development Program, designed to accelerate the careers of women.

    Previously, Sarah was the Director of Marketing Services for CreativeOne, and managed the annuity channel, marketing programs and corporate messaging. She also administered and spearheaded CreativeOne’s Business Accelerator Credits program used by producers to redeem earned marketing credits for services to grow their business.

    Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas. She and her husband are the proud parents of Claire and Parker. Away from the office, Sarah enjoys being a room mom, serving on the social committee of her HOA, watching the Kansas Jayhawks play basketball, gardening, traveling and drinking wine.

    Becky Ruby Swansburg did not set out to become an author or an expert on retirement saving. With a background in communication and government, she spent her early career working in Congress and the White House, assisting government leaders with some of the most pressing issues facing our nation.

    Becky’s work on tax policy and America’s savings habits turned her attention toward the urgent needs of today’s retirees. Becky brings her policy background and extensive communication knowledge as co-author of The No-Compromise Retirement Plan, a book heralded across the industry as insightful, impactful and most of all – enjoyable to read.

    Becky holds a B.S. in Political Science from Middlebury College and an M.S. in Public Relations from Boston University. An active community member, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Community of Louisville and Louisville Classical Academy. Becky has prior service on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Louisville and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives.

    Becky was named to Business First’s prestigious ‘Forty Under 40’ list of community leaders, and is a Bingham Fellow through the Leadership Louisville Center. She lives in Louisville, Ky. with her family.
