    Erik Bowman is owner and founder of Bowman Financial Strategies, where he focuses on income planning for clients preparing for retirement to help with their transition from the accumulation phase to the distribution phase of their lives.

    Erik is a Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) and he holds FINRA series licenses including the Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Examination), Series 7 (General Securities) and Series 24 (General Securities Principal Qualification). In addition, Erik is long-term care certified in the state of Colorado.

    Erik is a Distinguished Military graduate from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’ of Science in Business Administration. Erik served six years of active duty in the U.S. Army. He is married to his beautiful wife of more than 24 years, Heidi. They have four children and live in Castle Pines, Colorado.
