When you create and publish content using BigMarker, you own it.
By using BigMarker, you agree to publish content that you own or have permission to use, so you don’t infringe upon the copyrights of others.
BigMarker owns all intellectual property rights to its products and services, including software, applications, user interfaces / user experiences, and underlying technologies.
As a user of BigMarker, you are granted a license to use BigMarker’s copyrighted products. You own the rights to any content you create and publish using BigMarker. Per the Terms of Service, you may grant BigMarker permission to reference, reuse, or repurpose some of your public content, in some circumstances. But you always own your content.
BigMarker respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. By using BigMarker, you agree that you will not publish content using BigMarker’s services that you do not own the rights to or have permission to use. It is your responsibility to use the content of others responsibly.
If you are a copyright holder and believe that material a user has published using BigMarker infringes on your copyrighted work, please email support@bigmarker.com to submit notice of alleged copyright infringement.
BigMarker reserves the right to remove content published via its services that it believes to infringe on the intellectual property of others. It also reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
