Pr and Communication & Branding Specialist. Florentine by birth, Sommelier by passion, curious traveler by vocation! I now live in Barcelona and work for restaurants and cocktail bars in Italy, Barcelona and London. For them I work as consultant and strategist for their communication, as well as Pr and Press Office. Launching my own project of community of communication specialists in food&beverage industry. I also collaborate with creative agencies, and am one of the organizer of the main mixology event in Florence, Florence Cocktail Week. Ied really helped me to create a good network of contacts in the sector, that brought me also to my first clients and to start some collaborations with expert colleagues in Italy. Thank to that I also created a list of collaborators that help me with my projects when needed.
