From panels to podcasts, Rhea empowers her community with a no-nonsense approach. Deeply passionate about using her voice to create a new, diverse and inclusive beauty landscape, she takes away the marketing fluff and fear when it comes to beauty to create conversations that convert.
Starting her beauty career “on the shop floor” and as a qualified facialist which led to her going into brand consultancy, Rhea has extensive knowledge and a uniquely broad perspective of the beauty industry, cemented further by having written for leading publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire, The Zoe Report, Refinery29, Dazed & PORTER.
Rhea is also a keen financial speaker and encourages women to maximise their money through starting new businesses, investing and smart money management. A topic that too often still feels taboo for women to talk about openly, Rhea is incredibly passionate about economic empowerment and discussing money in a relatable, open way.
At her full-time day job, she is part of the founding team at The Stack World where she is Head of Partnerships. As a leading tech-based women’s community platform, she has built strategic relationships with industry including Squarespace, Lululemon & AMEX to create content and experiences that resonate with their members.
