Merve Karlı has always been into technology, and even more so, into problem solving. Her 3.5 years as a Digital Services Specialist at OUP have allowed her to fulfill her enthusiasm about these areas. Later on, she had taken up the role of Customer Success Consultant and currently she is working with product teams on ensuring the customers have the best user experience with OUP’s digital product portfolio.
Since her middle school years, English language has always felt like a second mother tongue to her. She has always had a great time learning English and she was personally using OUP publishings throughout all these years. So, at OUP, she is also indulging her passion for English language learning/ teaching.
She feels lucky to be a part of English education across Turkey, Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, and is very excited to be witnessing the big digital shift in ELT as part of the biggest University Press in the world.
