Phil Yoon is a retail expert with 20 years of extensive experience in the retail industry. His career spans several categories, including Luxury Fashion, Fashion Accessories, Cosmetics and Perfumes, in both travel retail and domestic markets. While serving as a Managing Director of Shilla Duty Free Singapore, he led high performing teams, achieving more than double digits sales growth every year and extended lots of Changi Airport concessions including Cosmetics and Perfumes, Watches, Bottega Veneta and Victoria’s Secret. After returning to Korea from Singapore in 2019, he has been working as Shilla Duty Free's Luxury Fashion and Fashion Accessories Merchandising Director.
