Bio
Peggy Tiderman has more than 30 years' experience in leadership roles with twenty-five of those years in the private post-secondary sector serving as an Executive Director and former owner.
She serves as the current Past Chair of the Commission for the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training in Washington, DC, and a Co-Founder and Executive Leadership Coach for Streamlined Coaching.
Her vast knowledge of the accreditation process from the institutional side as well as the perspective from the Commissioners point of view lends her to have an extensive understanding of what it takes to continuously achieve successful outcomes year-after-year for institutions. By serving in the role as the Executive Director she experienced all of the day-to-day operational challenges that all institutions face from achieving successful student outcomes to managing accurate compliance and regulatory oversight. Consistently she led her institution to achieving sustainable outcomes by meeting and exceeding annual reporting accreditation requirements in both completion and placement for over 25 years, while managing the state and federal stringent regulatory expectations. Her strong operational experience and awareness combined with serving as a Commissioner has given her the ability to fully understand the leadership requirements that it takes to sustain high levels of performance outcomes while facing the constant changes and challenges within our industry.
