Sarah Walker specialises in dispute evaluation and resolution through litigation and arbitration. A partner in our Global Trial & Disputes practice based in London, Sarah has spent over 25 years representing international clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes in the London courts, as well as in a broad range of arbitration matters, including through all the major institutional rules. Sarah’s practice focuses on the banking and finance, technology and communications, energy and aviation, aerospace and defence sectors. She counsels clients on matters ranging from large-scale project disputes to claims in respect of complex financial instruments - with particular expertise in fraud claims and the emergency relief, enforcement procedures and asset recovery which arise from such claims across the world. Sarah has spent time during her career in the legal function of a major financial institution and is also familiar with the regulatory, compliance and contentious issues which corporate clients regularly face. A frequent author and speaker on dispute resolution, Sarah has also been recognized by clients and peers in her areas of practice by a number of leading publications for over 10 years, including Chambers UK, Legal 500 UK, Chambers Global, Legal 500 EMEA and Legal 500 Latin America. Having lived in Italy for some years, Sarah speaks Italian.
