Doug Kaiser is Chair of the SAME Geospatial Working Group and a Geospatial Program Manager. He holds a BS in Geography from Western Kentucky University, a Master of Natural Resources from Oregon State University, and is a PhD Candidate in Earth Systems and Geoinformation Sciences at George Mason University. Doug currently serves as Operations Officer for the 12-104th Engineer Battalion, 102nd Training Division.
