Charles Taylor is the owner of Taylor and Taylor Care, a small family run care home group based in the South East. He has a keen interest in workforce and immigrations issues and has worked with The Surrey Care Association and Care Association Alliance to publish a number of papers on staff recruitment over the past few years.
