senior manager of Small Business Engagement for Southern California Edison, one of the nation's largest utilities serving over 15 million residential and business customers in southern and central California. She leads the strategy for external engagement to SCE’s 295,000 small business customers to promote participation in energy saving programs such as demand response and energy efficiency. She is also instrumental in the development of go to market strategies for the adoption of electric vehicles which help California’s air quality and the achievement of the state’s GHG reduction goals. Knowing that electric vehicle charging stations are key to EV adoption, her team works with multi-unit dwelling owners and small business customers encouraging participation in SCE’s Charge Ready incentive program. She also oversees SCE’s economic development program to attract, retain and expand small, medium and large businesses in California.
Krystal joined SCE in 2010 and has more than 18 years of business to business sales and service experience. She has worked with all business sizes including large industrial, fortune 500 as well as mid-size and small business customers. Krystal holds an MBA from the University of LaVerne and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (magna cum laude) from The Ohio State University.
