Aroop is an experienced Management Consultant and Business Technology professional. Experience gained over the past 18 years’ by working for major organizations in Transportation, Financial Services and Information Technology, across the US and Asia.
Over the past decade, Aroop has held senior roles in the areas of Business Development, Strategy Creation and Global Program Delivery. From a Global Program Delivery perspective, he has delivered large programs on Quality Assurance, Digital Transformation, Process Transformation, and Solution integration. Many of these engagements have required Aroop to manage cross-functional teams worldwide. Aroop is used to managing large teams of sizes greater than 100 personnel. Aroop has a strong acumen towards Project Management and Delivery, leading him to create sustainable frameworks of project execution. He has been creating innovative solutions to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions for large corporate organizations.
Aroop has lead multiple Business initiatives in the Asia Pacific Region. He has been instrumental in creating Business and Product Strategies across Continents.
Aroop has completed his Doctoral studies in the field of Sales, Business Development and Organizational Strategy. His area of Doctoral study is to understand the impact of Sales Strategy on Customer Perception and the associated resultant outcomes.
Aroop has been a visiting faculty in one of the premier educational institutes of Hong Kong and has been the in-house trainer for multiple subjects in his previous organizations.
