Katherine joined Nutshell in 2015 with a mission of helping the people around her succeed in their goals and has been strengthening the team’s customer experience muscle ever since. As a big fan of positive psychology and personal growth concepts, she is constantly on the hunt for ways to make sure that herself and others enjoy how they spend their time. Katherine wants her customers and colleagues to feel good about the decisions and investments they make in Nutshell.
Gaining an understanding of the many journeys that customers take with Nutshell has been Katherine’s favorite challenge on the job, and she is now focused on ensuring that every interaction a customer has with Nutshell is neutral at worst, valuable at best, and as easy as possible.
