Jim Bauld is a partner with T C Young, solicitors, Glasgow. He is accredited as specialist in Housing and Residential tenancy Law by the Law Society of Scotland and has over 30 year’s litigation experience in Sheriff Court work throughout Scotland. He provides advice on complex issues such as tenant evictions, property factoring disputes, repairs law, private sector leases, accessing properties, antisocial behaviour and debt recovery.
He is a legal member of the First Tier Tribunal (Housing and Property Chamber)
Jim regularly leads training sessions for organisations such as Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, GWSF, Scottish Factoring Best Value Network, CIH Scotland, Scottish Association of Landlords and Legal Services Agency in addition to in-house training for many public sector landlords on a wide range of topics in the housing law field
