Over the past eight years, he has led project teams and managed EPC and contractor relationships, with responsibilities spanning development-stage engineering, construction execution, and asset management.
His experience includes engineering oversight, equipment procurement, contract negotiation and administration, construction management, quality assurance, and operational performance. He works with contractors, manufacturers, utilities, and internal teams to align technical and commercial decisions with cost and schedule objectives while supporting reliability and long-term value.
Daniel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University–Kingsville and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
