Harry's, Inc., Director Global Sourcing

Nikita Bhatnagar is the Global Sourcing Director at Harry's Inc., parent company to Harry's, Flamingo, and Cat Person. She has worked at Harry's for 4.5 years and during her tenure, she has helped build and scale the supply chain team, processes, and systems. Prior to Harry's, she worked at Baker Hughes, one of the largest oil field services companies. There she was part of a leadership rotational program and held a myriad of positions within the quality, finance, sourcing, and manufacturing teams. More recently, she has been focused on building out a sustainability program for Harry's and finding innovative supply chain solutions to bring positive environmental change.
