O'Keefe Development, founded in 1986, develops and acquires suburban office buildings, industrial buildings and neighborhood shopping centers. O'Keefe Development has developed, redeveloped or acquired over 5.5 million square feet of commercial real estate projects with an asset value of approximately $1 billion.
In addition to my professional activities my wife and I believe it is important to give back to the community. I am presently serving as a Trustee for The Museum of Flight in Seattle. I have formerly served as a board member or trustee for the Juvenile Diabetes Guild of Seattle, Villa Academy, Seattle Preparatory Academy, Virginia Mason Hospital, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children’s Hospital and the Bellevue Boy’s and Girl’s Club.
