Annemarie Oxman, SHRM-SCP, is chief people officer (CPO) for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). As CPO, Oxman oversees all aspects of NBAA’s human resources (HR) operation, including employee recruitment and hiring, training, benefits management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and policy development. With more than 25 years of HR experience, Oxman has worked in the private sector and for other large trade associations including the American Petroleum Institute (API) and Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Oxman holds a B.A. in psychology from North Carolina State University and an M.S. in applied behavioral sciences from Johns Hopkins University.
