Bio
Dr. Jaclyn Lee has over 25 years of HR experience and is viewed by the community as a thought leader in the areas of HR Technology and Analytics. Her experience comprises of managing a full spectrum of HR at the regional level, spearheading new HR policies and processes, managing large scale organisation change and building up a new university from scratch. She is also an active speaker both locally and internationally
She is currently Chief Human Resources Officer at SUTD, managing HR & OD. She is also a Senior Fellow with the SUTD Academy. At her previous role as Senior Vice President at Certis Cisco, she was involved in setting up a recruitment agency that provided a continuous supply of manpower to business units, enabling a competitive advantage in winning large-scale business contracts.
She was also involved in managing a very complex wage re-structuring of Auxiliary Police Officers, and managed to work with various key stakeholders to successfully transit the officers to the new wage scheme. As previous HR Director of NEC Solutions Asia Pacific, she was instrumental in the HR transformation of a conservative Japanese MNC subsidiary to one with progressive HR practices. She also led the region’s HR directors in driving change through the balanced scorecard framework. She has a PhD in Business Information Systems, Masters in HRM and Business and a BSc in Psychology.
