I have been in the Home Improvement industry for the past 27 years and have been involved in all aspects from Marketing, Sales, Production, and Operations. For 14 years I worked for a large Window, Siding, and Door organization and helped them grow from 1.2 million a year to 90 million a year organization with multiple locations. In 2020 I founded Bath R Us and in our first year of business we sold 6 million in business and in our second year we are on pace for 12 million a year while maintaining a 6 week lead time.
