Sherry Dadgar, MSc, Ph.D., DABMGG, FACMGG, NYCQ is a board-certified Clinical Molecular Geneticist, academic entrepreneur, and healthcare advocate. She is the Founder and CEO of Personalized Medicine Care Diagnostics (PMCDx), a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited precision genomics laboratory in Maryland, recognized by the State of Maryland (2025) for advancing precision medicine and healthcare innovation. Under her leadership, PMCDx has built one of the nation’s most comprehensive precision medicine ecosystems, offering whole exome and whole genome sequencing and more than 400 next-generation sequencing panels, including pharmacogenetics and molecular infectious disease panels that serve as essential clinical tools to reduce adverse drug reactions, prevent recurrent infections, and combat antimicrobial resistance for health systems and community clinics. Dr. Dadgar also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The George Washington University, while actively collaborating with NILA and ACMG to advance reimbursement reform, innovation, and access to genomic medicine nationwide at scale and for all.
