Madeline Keulen leads consumer investments at Victress Capital, a Boston-based early-stage venture capital firm. Prior to Victress, Madeline worked at Oliver Wyman, where she advised some of the world’s largest firms on growth, pricing, and post-merger integration. Madeline is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is actively involved in organizations that support inclusion and diversity including Subiendo Academy, Forte Foundation, and Jump Start. She currently serves on the boards of the HBS Association of Boston, Synergist, and Crimson Bikes.
