As a former player, coach, educator and mentor in sport and his professional career Damian has developed and sustained a passion for identifying and supporting individuals, small groups and teams through a shared approach to learning and outcomes based results. This has not only satisfied his own personal quest for professional growth but has placed others in positions that they have been able to leverage to support their own goals.
