Keil Hubert is the head of the Security Training and Awareness program at the Options Clearing Corporation. Prior to joining OCC, Keil was a U.S. Army medical IT officer, a U.S. Air Force Cyberspace Operations officer and unit commander, a small businessman, a civil servant, an author, and several different variations of an IT consultant.
