Art Sebastian is a visionary leader and the Founder & Managing Partner of Nexchapter, a contemporary consulting firm dedicated to accelerating growth in the retail industry. He draws on his over twenty-five years of expertise in retail and consumer packaged goods to support clients across retail, brands, and technology.
Prior to this venture, Art spent five years with Casey’s leading their Digital Transformation and establishing their Omni-channel Marketing Organization. During his time at Casey’s, he led the implementation of a world-class technology ecosystem that enabled the launch of their leading loyalty program, e-commerce business, digital marketing, and retail media network. Prior to Casey’s, Art led the Digital Transformation at Meijer and was Vice President of Category Leadership at Kraft Foods. In addition to launching Nexchapter, Art serves as an advisor to technology startups and serves on the Shoptalk Advisory Board.
