Lynda currently manages the East of England Out of Hours (OOH) Stroke Telemedicine Partnership which provides an OOH service, linking 7 of the region's hospitals to an expert Stroke Consultant using Visionable’s (@VisionableG) secure real-time, video conferencing telemedicine platform. In addition to this Lynda is also working on a feasibility project with the East of England Ambulance Service, linking paramedics in the pre-hospital setting to Stroke Consultants to provide assessment for patients presenting with a stroke mimic. Lynda is one of the founders and a Consultant Editor for the Journal of Paramedic Practice, a Faculty Member for UK eMed and a reviewer for the Nursing Times and British Journal of Nursing
