Lesley Gadomski is President of Sales at FusionPKG, a leading supplier of packaging and formulations for the beauty industry. Lesley has distinguished herself as a key leader and strategic contributor for FusionPKG, driving growth since the company’s early days.
Lesley grew up in Florida and graduated from Florida State University’s College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. With experience at some of the industry’s top-tier beauty brands and suppliers including Smashbox and Anisa international, her background and wealth of knowledge in the beauty industry has made her a game changer at FusionPKG. Since joining in 2006, Lesley has played a vital role in the company’s success with a focus on Sales and Marketing. Fostering relationships with some of the world’s premier beauty brands, she established the FusionPKG brand in the New York market which led to opening the company’s New York showroom and sales office in 2014. She helped pioneer the FusionPKG BeautyLab brand and turnkey business to support the company’s growth strategies before relocating to Los Angeles in 2019. Lesley then led the company’s West Coast office and sales efforts, driving new business opportunities and growing sales in the region.
Lesley has a passion for building successful sales teams and partnering with customers to develop award-winning beauty products. She currently resides in Dallas, TX and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
