Anyeley has over 17 years’ experience with 13 years as a real estate developer. Her passion is creating unique developments that reflect the local culture, respect the natural environment, and build community. Managing the entire real estate development process, she is an industry leader in entitlements, financial analysis, and design/construction supervision. Her core focus at Project^ is shepherding projects through entitlements and construction with a specialization in student housing, market-rate housing, residences, and public-private projects. Anyeley has advanced degrees from Harvard, M.I.T, and Cornell, and was appointed by Governor Brown to the Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) in 2018.
