Tovah is a founder of Fathom, where she empowers researchers from leading brands and agencies to understand and act on open-ended data at scale. Tovah has led research for multinational brands, delivered insights that have driven billions in spending on complex social issues and developed talent and technology to center human empathy in research. Her previous company, Avalanche Insights – a leading public opinion firm in progressive politics – was acquired in 2023. Tovah is a single mother of three kids, volunteers as a mentor for female founders and sits on working groups with the Harvard Human Flourishing project and the Stanford AI & Ethics program.
