Brandon’s experience primarily includes researching classification issues, drafting Section 301 comments and exclusion requests, as well as successfully assisting clients with obtaining Section 301 extensions. In addition, Brandon has worked directly with clients to obtain refunds for approved Section 301 exclusion requests. Brandon has also assisted with a wide range of import, export, and other international trade compliance issues.
Brandon earned his J.D. from Appalachian School of Law (ASL) in Grundy, VA. Before ASL, Brandon attended Charlotte School of Law where he was on Law Review and a member of the Honors Program. Prior to his legal studies, Brandon attended Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) and received his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Sports Administration. While at FDU, Brandon was a member of the schools golf team.
