Nick is a Cooperative Portfolio Manager within the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). He works with public entities, suppliers, and all contract stakeholders to ensure smooth management of both the contract administration and solicitation processes.
Prior to joining NASPO Nick was the Assistant Director at the State of Utah’s central procurement office
overseeing its entire cooperative contract program which consisted of over 1300 contracts. During his time, he developed extensive experience with complex acquisitions and contract disputes. Additionally, Nick oversaw all purchases for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services and personally managed all statewide medical contracts. He served a four-year term as an Advisory Board Member for a National Medical Cooperative, the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP). Nick graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
