Chetan is a Vice President at BentallGreenOak based in Toronto, responsible for investments in commercial real estate for third party clients. Chetan oversees a $1.6B portfolio of Retail, Office, Multi-Family & Land for Development assets within Eastern Canada, along with acquisition/disposition & development responsibilities. Chetan has 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and joined Bentall Kennedy in late 2016 from Cadillac Fairview's Strategic Asset Management team. Prior to this Chetan spent seven years at GE Capital Real Estate, gaining a wealth of global & Canadian investment experience, including 3+ years in the Global M&A team from 2011 to 2014. Chetan holds an Honours BCOM, Finance Cum Laude degree from the University of Ottawa. He is actively involved in the industry as a NAIOP committee member for the Toronto chapter and in the community through various charitable endeavours including as a Board of Director of the George Hull Centre for Children and Families.
