Bio
Clement has worked in commercial law, international finance, constitutional law, human rights, natural resources law with a speciality in forest and wildlife legislation. He was one of the five counsel-researchers engaged on the review of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana focusing on decentralisation, local government and national security. He also teaches commercial law at the law school of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
