Marie-Justine Labelle is Head of Responsible Investment at Desjardins Investments, overseeing its responsible investment strategy and approaches for investment solutions offered to Desjardins’ retail clients. Prior to this, she was a sustainable finance specialist within PwC UK’s Sustainability & Climate Change team where she advised leading financial institutions and international organisations on a range of topics including ESG strategy, risk management and due diligence, blended finance, climate change and biodiversity.
Marie-Justine holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance. She sits on the Responsible Investment Association (RIA) Board of Directors and is the Chair of the ESG / RI Task Force of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC).
