Marshal’s career in the water and wastewater space spans over 25 years. Starting in Ontario, Canada, he worked for several companies, including Zenon Environmental, an upstart water company that became globally recognized for membrane-based treatment, now owned by Veolia. Marshal has also worked for engineering firms involved in design-build-operate projects across Canada. This experience led him to Florida, where he joined Seven Seas Water, known for owning and operating desalination facilities throughout the Caribbean. Currently, Marshal serves as the Director of Municipal Sales for Newterra, leading the growth of their municipal offerings, ranging from decentralized water/wastewater treatment to addressing contaminants like PFAS/PFOS in global raw water sources.
