Raman is a Claims Investigation Analyst at Empire Life focusing on the detection and prevention of benefits fraud. In his eight years with Empire Life, Raman has focused exclusively on business analytics and fraud. In addition to exceptional mathematical and data skills, he is a keen student of all new tools and technology, especially as they pertain to fraud detection. Raman is a visiting professor at St. Lawrence College, where he teaches applied management science, supply chain management, SQL, statistics, and business mathematics. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and his MBA from Punjab Technical University. He is fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Punjabi.
