Hugh is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has a wealth of experience, with over 30 years in the real estate market. He has worked in a range of areas, from investment and development, the sourcing of debt, fund management and equity raising, through to the structuring of transactions. He has carried out these roles across all the main property sectors both in the UK and continental Europe.
Hugh joined Barwood Capital in March 2018, where he is a member of the Board, the Investment Committee and Head of Property. In March 2019, he became Managing Director, with responsibility for running the business day to day, whilst also continuing to fulfil the head of property role.
