As Chief Marketing Officer at Proposify, Patrick had the fortune to be part of what it takes to 10X revenue at a scaling SaaS company. After joining Proposify in 2016, a team of 10 became over 100, $1M ARR grew to over $10M, and 2,000 customers became 10,000. After some reflection there are a few things that Patrick knows helped him get there:
1) Focusing on growth, getting his hands dirty digging into the data, understanding customer behaviour, prioritizing needle-moving strategies, and translating that into recognized revenue
2) Building systems, process, and teams that enable scalable growth, are essential to what he does
3) Investing in himself and others to push the limit of what it means to be best-in-class
This experience was a whirlwind, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Patrick enjoys meeting new people and learning from their perspectives
