Charles has overseen more than $50M in decarbonization and energy efficiency projects throughout his 23-year career. He is experienced in large account management, strategic marketing, finance, and project development in Canada and internationally.
He has over 15 years of direct experienced in the energy management industry on both the supply and demand side, including consulting and major ESCO project development roles with two Fortune 100 Corporations.
His diverse background and experience has provided him with a broad knowledge base in energy, sustainability, project finance, and infrastructure, which he uses to guide to support his team’s efforts.
Charles is also the national champion for ethics and integrity in the corporate Sustainable Infrastructure group, and as such, is responsible for continuously driving a culture of “doing the right thing” across the organization.
