Jonathan is CTO at Star Lab. Jonathan has more than 20 years experience with offensive and defensive cyber security across a broad range of platforms including: mobile devices, commodity hardware, specialty embedded devices, consumer devices, large inter-connected systems, and automotive systems. Jonathan’s experience includes vulnerability assessments and proof of concepts, kernel and hypervisor development on Linux/Unix/VxWorks, trusted boot systems, and the development of technology protection / anti-reverse engineering capabilities. Jonathan also has significant experience with application performance analysis, network engineering, and peer-to-peer networking / routing. In January of 2016, Jonathan led a team of researchers to first place in an Intel sponsored automotive hacking competition. Jonathan has a B.S. Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a M.S. from Kettering University.
