Parker Spencer is currently one of the most successful coach of USA Triathlon. He is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and leads USA Triathlon’s Project Podium, the development program of USAT for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
Under his guidance, Project Podium has achieved over 50 international elite podium finishes, establishing itself as a premier development program in endurance sports. Parker has also coached Paralympic champion Chris Hammer, who secured gold in paratriathlon, showcasing his ability to develop athletes across all levels of competition. His commitment to excellence was recognized when he received the USA Triathlon Olympic Coach of the Year award in 2022, making him the youngest recipient of this honor.
